Even if there are already several COPAJE-AF branches in your country, you can open another autonomous branch. Each branch is autonomous. It has the duty to seek legal recognition from the public authorities of its country. Each branch is responsible and free in the choice of its initiatives and in its administrative and financial management while respecting our statutes and internal regulations. We insist that each branch be autonomous while respecting the organizational hierarchy and collaborating with other COPAJE-AF representations under the international coordination of the Executive Office. This allows young people to take responsibility, seek solutions, develop their leadership and entrepreneurial talents, take charge, and contribute to positive societal progress.

COPAJE-AF members and association leaders do not receive a salary or financial allowance. Their expenses incurred on behalf of the association can be reimbursed if done with the approval of the administrative committee of the relevant branch and if it has the means to make this reimbursement. In the context of implementing a project requiring professional skills, the organization can recruit and remunerate professionals from among the members or outside the association. Their recruitment and salary must comply with labor law requirements. The duration of their contract cannot exceed the period of project completion.
